Very cute and cozy read! Some plot elements didn’t make the most sense and I didn’t understand the epilogue but I had a lot of fun with this one. I love coffee and DnD so it was perfect

I liked this but not as much as Simon. Leah was so incredibly incredibly relatable but also frustrating. The story also seemed to drag and the pacing was weird, like for 100 pages they hyped up the road trip and the actual trip was only like 2 chapters. I did like the representation. I wish Leah’s perfectionism was explored more and that she would have grown in that area

I love love loved this book! It was perfect, the realism was perfect, the characters were perfect, the story was perfect. A very warm, fuzzy, hopeful story that gave me a little more faith that good things can happen

I liked this read. It did take a while because it moved so slow, but I loved the main character. His inner voice is literally exactly like mine and I found him relatable. The ending was abrupt though and I feel like a few plot points weren’t fully resolved, like his dad being key to the story and then dipping…but I guess that is how life works.

I liked the plot and I love how Rick weaves the story together but there were a lot of dragged out moments and exposition. A lot of the book could have been cut out and it would be fine.
