This was another amazing book from Jodi Picoult. I love how her books make me think about some serious subjects. And consider the argument from both viewpoints. This book was also hugely tense, with characters that I cared about deeply. I’m yet to read a bad Jodi Picoult book.

I absolutely loved this romance based on Sleepless in Seattle. It was just gorgeous. Aiden and Lucie were adorable and their flirty banter was just pitch perfect. Aiden was a grumpy golden-retriever with trauma that he needed to resolve. And Lucie was a cute, lonely, single-mother looking for love. The secondary characters also made this book for me. I’m looking at you Grayson, Maya and Jackson.

This was such a cute story. That I just loved. It made me laugh and it made me cry. I wished it were longer. I adored Seth and Charlotte and their sweet relationship. The perfect short story to read when sick at home

Oh wow, this book was amazing. I would give it more than five stars if I could. It had me mesmerised. I read it slowly because I wanted to savour it and I’m so glad I did. I adored the development of Xaden and Violet’s characters. And their relationship. Violet is now up there with the Throne of Glass FMCs as one of my favourite female main characters. I love everything about her. I think I need to do a proper non-spoiler review. But needless to say, I’m obsessed.

Wow, what a thriller. This was an intense, eerie and chilling read. There were so many times when I was really spooked. It’s filled with twists and turns and the ending is amazing! Definitely one of the best thrillers I’ve ever read. With an amazing setting!

This amazing fantasy based on Chinese mythology was brilliant. I was hooked from the beginning. I adored Xishi and her relationship with Fanli. I’m a huge fan of any book based on mythology and thought this book was exquisite. It’s nice to read a standalone fantasy too.

I really enjoyed this second book in the Luminaries series. There seemed to be more action, more characterisation, more world building, more mystery, more revelations and more slow-burn romance. I still love Winnie and Jay and their dynamic. Although I guessed some of the twists this didn’t prevent me from enjoying this more than “The Luminaries”.

I did love this fantasy. But it was overly long and heavy on the world building and politics of the realm. Still there was lots to love. And I particularly adored the characters of Lin, Kel and Conor. The plot was good and there were lots of surprises towards the end of the book. I’m looking forward to the sequel.

I really loved this book. So cute and funny. This enemies to lovers romance takes place during a book tour of Europe. I adored Jack. He had it bad for Andie. The subject of grief was handled beautifully and sensitively. This book made me laugh, cry and feel all warm and cosy inside. Highly recommend.
