So good and so glad the 3rd book is done! This series isn’t for everyone, lots of darkness and triggers. I, for one, love the darkness and the grit, makes the love story so much more powerful. Doesn’t hurt that Grim and EJ are super hot together!

No one does what TM Frazier can do with a story.
She’s become the only author that can still keep me guessing. She’s not only a fantastic, dark and original story teller. She’s made an art of weaving hilarity with “holy cow” she did not go there. Oh but she did, and she did so unapologetically.
The continuation of Grim and Tricks story will keep you guessing and having moments of jaw dropping awe.
A few cameos from almost everyone’s favorite TM characters and you’ve got an EPIC night of reading ahead of you!

***Book 1 Perversion must be read prior to Possession.
“I’ll give you time, Tricks, but this isn’t over. We aren’t the kind of thing that can just be over. You and me Tricks. We. Don’t. End.”
Sometimes you read a book and you are just like holy fuck….well that was this book and I LOVED every second of it and I’m counting down the days till Permission which by the way are 27 days. This picks up right where Perversion left off and Tricks is in a situation that is beyond disturbing. Her continued strength is beyond impressive and I would never be able to live through her torture. Her love for Grim is more powerful than anything that could be done to her.
With the passing of Belly Grim is now the head of Bedlam and is ready to do whatever it takes to get Tricks home safe with him. There is very little I can say without spoiling anything, but we are gifted with an appearance of Preppy and King that gives me the urge to go back and read all of their books again. The action is non-stop in this one and it is a story that I am so wrapped up in I just can’t get it out of my mind. Has it been 27 days yet because I don’t think I will be able to sleep until I know how this all plays out. If you love T.M. Frazier like we do than you will not be disappointed with this series.
“I’d let everyone on this earth die before I’d let anyone hurt you again. I’d die before I let anyone hurt you again,” he growls so deep I feel it in my chest. “I failed you before, Tricks. I won’t fucking fail you again.”

This book was hard enough to get through in the first little bit while Tricks was tied up. But then she gets taken AGAIN??? Part of me wondered if it really WAS Gabby when the doc refused EJ the opportunity to see the girl who'd. Soon enough I found out I was right to be suspicious!
My heart really sank when EJ was once again, and going through the same as before but worse. I was like, Farrrrrrk, how much is this girl gonna go through? It almost made me want to stop reading then and there, but I knew I had to go on.
I guess I will also have to read book #3 to get to the end. But I do hope it's a little easier to get through than this one (particularly the last 25% or so) was. It's not because it's bad - just that it's emotionally torturous.
All of my Kindle notes are highlighting mistakes in the prose, or typos, so I won't bother making any public to view.

I am not even sure where to start with this review. I have so many conflicting thoughts. I can't seem to keep them organized.
I was really anxiously waiting for this book to be released. I hadn't read any of this author's books until the first book in this series. Everyone has been telling me how great her books are. The first book was pretty good. This one... fell pretty flat for me. Nothing really happened in this book. There were a couple of pivotal scenes, but the rest of the book felt like filler.
On top of there only being a few parts of importance in this book, it was really short. I feel like it should have been part of the first book or the beginning of the next book. I was a bit disappointed after all of the anticipation.
Overall, it wasn't a bad continuation in the giant web this author has spun. I really hope that the last book blows my mind to make up for this one.

I don't usually put this kind of stuff in my reviews. I can usually just read a book and keep it moving. However, after book one and two being poorly edited, I feel I need to at least add it as an aside. The first book had a handful of proofing errors and a timeline error. This one is full of proofing errors. If I am honest, I almost stopped reading it. I paid for these books. No one is perfect, but the errors in both books jumped out and there were many between the two. I can only hope the author takes another pass through these books and updates them in the future. As a first time reader of hers, I might not read anymore of her books in the future.

Omg!!! I didn't think i could fall in love with Grim and Tricks anymore than I already had but I did!
This book is the darkest i have read but the is enough light to balance it all out. There is betrayal and loyalty. Love and hate.
Tricks is seriously the strongest female character I've ever read about, she.goes through so much but she never stops.
I can't wait for the next book!!

Gritty, violent and suspenseful, this book had me glued to its pages until its stunning cliffhanger. The action is non-stop, except for a few tender interludes of family time, friends time, or loving/sexy times between EJ and Grip. The fight between the Bedlam Brotherhood and Los Muertos is on-going and brutal. Both bands are fighting for dominion and abolition of the other band.
EJ and Grip are more defiant and determined to have a future, even though all the odds are against them. There are losses, pain and suffering and some surprises along the way as this couple fight for their love. There’s a moment where Grip, who is not accustomed to communicate feelings, tells EJ: “you are me”. She answers: “I know.” It can’t be any clearer, no one understands Grip like EJ does. She is so strong and brave despite all she suffers and yet, she is resourceful and loyal and all his.
“Grim may be the reaper of the Bedlam Brotherhood, but the man who represents darkness is the one who pulled me from it.”
Grim may be a criminal and murderer, but to EJ he’s just her man and he’s all that is light, love and redemption to her. And he won’t stop at nothing until she’s free of all the chains that bind her to Los Muertos. It feels like an impossible mission but I’m sure the author will pull out a magic trick out of her literary hat.

**I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.**
Possession is the second installment in the Perversion Trilogy. This book cannot be read as a stand alone. It has to be read in order to be completely understood.
Possession picks up right where Perversion left off. Grim in now the leader of Bedlam, with Belly's unexpected passing. Emma Jean is being held captive and at Marco's will at the Los Muertos. The plot is full of twists and turns that I won't spoil but one things for sure, now that Grim knows where his Tricks is, he's not about to let her go.
I enjoyed the twists with this next installment. Grim's possessiveness. Trick's tenacity and smarts. They really are made for each other. And the cameo of Preppy and King bring my heart happiness.
After the cliffhanger and snippet of Permission I cannot wait to see what's next!!

T.M. Frazier's writing--and I'm basing this comment of mine on the books that I've read, since I have yet to read the author's entire back list...which I'm working on!--has this thing about it that makes whatever's happening on the page almost feel palpable. Grim and Tricks do not have an easy go of it and their circumstances make it more than obvious that if they're going to have a happy ending, they're going to have to fight tooth and nail for it. Speaking of not having read most of Frazier's past work, I'm assuming that some of the characters that pop up here are from there. Like I needed far more incentive to make headway on my to-be-read list! Waaah! Five stars go to Possession. ♥
