Did not finish book. Stopped at 3%.
The writing didn't connect with me. It felt stilted and choppy.

Oh my goodness. Kimberly Lemming's books are an ultimate comfort. They suck you in, have you crying laughing, and having the best time all while rooting for kickass FMC's who are strong in their own ways and may not need a man to save them, but having their supernatural mate is helpful.

I loved this book so much..it's been about two years since I last read the Mead Mishaps series, but I was still able to fall back into this series with ease. I think Cherry and Dante might be my favorite couple, which is saying something considering I was head over heels for Cin and Fallon. I really enjoyed this book because, unlike the other two main books, the imminent threat is over, so bonding over having to save their people wasn't in the cards for these two. I really loved how finding their way to each other, along with some ridiculous adventure was the main point. I also really really enjoyed that the series ended with the lost daughter being brought home. This book was unexpectedly emotional and extremely cute.

Holy crap. The author warned that this book would be dark but I still did not expect THIS book. Cyrus wasn't just your average dark, tragic love story. It was emotionally and mentally dark as well. But the beauty of this story is while it is SO dark and terribly tragic, it's also funny, beautiful, hopeful, and really freaking hot. A.E. Cosby has somehow made a tragic love story, beyond worth the pain with the beautiful way they explored unconventional relationships and the way what we consider our darkest parts, are actually the parts that someone else finds beautiful. I was shocked yet also expected the amount of things that made my jaw drop in this story, yet I am still clamoring, waiting for book two..

Oh my goodness. This was my first Naomi Loud book and Why did it take me so long?!

A Dance Macabre is a dark, slightly magical, twisted world where the enemies eventually turn lovers but not without a whole lot of turmoil first. The 6 ruling families of Pravitia have a lottery every 19 years to determine who the next ruler will be. This years Lottery turns out differently when Mercy decides she can skirt the gods that rule them. In a never been done before move, there are now two co-rulers of Pravitia, the two who take the whole families feuding to an extreme. Will these two learn to eventually rule together without ending the other…or will the gods punish them for not…bending to their will?

I enjoyed this book so much! Although it had dark themes it was a really fun read! I absolutely loved the main characters even though they were arguably terrible people.

I received this book as an ARC and am leaving this review of my own volition.

Ok, for this being my first Q.B. Tyler book, WHAT AN INTRODUCTION!!

Wow this book so good. Not only was it realistic, but you also felt for the mc's while also not agreeing with the choices they made, plus the spice! I...did not expect this book to be as spicy as it was and that was a fun surprise. I really loved how the author didn't let this book and the situations the mcs found themselves in fall victim to that "it's a book so everything's magically ok " thing that happens often in contemporary romance. Even when things seemed good, she made them face the consequences, which ultimately helped it be a stronger story. I enjoyed this book so much and I can't wait to go back and read books 1&2!

It’s been a while since a rom com has made me so deliriously happy, emotional, and even cry. &Then They Wed is such a fun, cute, and hot story! I loved the way that the set up of the story started immediately and never felt like it was dragging. The characters were flawed in their own ways but I adored how the author didn’t make that their entire character arc, it was just a part of them that got worked on. The way the fmc and MMC complimented each other in terms of their personalities and their literal compliments made me SWOON. Rians possessiveness was hot without it needing to be a dark romance to be believable lol. I could wax poetic for days about how much I loved this book, but I won’t. If you’re looking for a rom com with South Indiana representation, that touches on some real subjects but also is cute enough that it doesn’t feel heavy, then you absolutely should read this book. Don’t read if you’re opposed to a cinnadom mmc and a fmc who speaks her mind and isn’t the least bit sorry about it, or if you HATE hot hot hot bedroom scenes. Plus did I mention there’s an entire chapter that is him groveling?

This was a fun book. It’s single dad x nanny, best friend’s brother, and age gap, so all the things.

Ivy is back in her small home town for a few more months before leaving forever and starting her new life ANYWHERE but Dixon. Her best friend Gemma, is from a big family that’s super close. When Gemma realizes how badly her eldest brother Mason needs help with his daughter, she enlists Ivy to help. It’s perfect. Ivy’s known Mason for years, she’s trustworthy, she has the free time, and oh yeah she has a massive crush on Mason that absolutely no one knows. Mason initially declines the help cause he can run the bar with his brothers and be dad of the year , right? It has absolutely nothing to do that he realized a few years ago that his little sister’s best friend was more than the girl he used to know…. Well Ivy doesn’t take No easily and charms her way into Mason’s daughter, Willow’s heart, so he’s stuck with her nannying his child, much to his absolute horror (delight). As time goes on Ivy starts to think maybe staying in Dixon wouldn’t be that bad, especially if she has Mason and Willow to come home to, and Masons starts wondering if he can make her his. Of course, never letting Gemma find out because if it’s just a summer fling, no one needs to know.

But when Gemma finds out in the worst way possible, will they fight to save their budding relationship or will they let it all fall away?

Having pt 2 of this duet be available immediately after that cliffhanger in pt 1 was a kindness we as the readers deserved lol.

I don’t even know how to summarize the adorable hot mess that was this book lol. Side B was a chaotic, crazy, mess but I loved every single minute of it. It was fun, sad, a touch dark but in a light hearted way?, hot and just an all around good time.

If you like messy rockstar omegaverses then this one is for you.

This book is so fun. I enjoyed the characters, their relationships with each other, and how everything goes from fun to sexy to trauma time back to fun continuously
