Did not finish book. Stopped at 13%.

(Tried to read this in December 2023)
There were so many things that were bothering me and I'm glad I DNF it because I just read how this ends and I know it would've been a waste of my time and a 1 star book.
But here is the list of things I didn't like:

The audiobook narrator (sorry!)
The daddy issues because he is a cheater and the reason her parents divorce
and she is kind of forced to forgive him by the end because of social pressure????
The miscommunication with the mother because she won't talk about the divorce
She's a teenager, I thought it was an adult woman.
The writing (not that I'm an expert on that, so it has to be really bad for me to notice that)
It was boring as hell
There's this magical realism which is not my thing and even less if it's told in a boring way
The beginning was just so boring and not captivating at all.
And another thing I know I would've just hated from the ending but you're telling me this girl who didn't believe in happy endings and just saw everyone around her breaking up...
will have her first love / new boyfriend killed!? as if this is a fantasy novel-
