This book is devastating, creepy, and full of beauty. Wiith each chapter, it escalates in suspense. 11/22/63 is unique, unlike any other time travel novel I've read before. It has the air of "what if we could fix everything" but shows that changing the past, comes with a steep price.

This story is not for the faint of heart. Multiple times I found myself wincing, cringing, and feeling sick. The detailed descriptions had me wishing I could look away. I want a lighter read after this but unlucky for me, my next book is just as dark.

I highly recommend The Last Mrs Parrish. It might not be your next favorite book, but I do think you will enjoy it.

The book was a fast read and entertaining, but it never really got intense. I’d consider this story a little above mediocre. The basis of Vestals were creative, but I just wasn’t impressed with the story. I don’t really think I’ll read the sequel, but who knows.

This book is for you if...

… you need a lazy sunday afternoon read.
… you want something lowkey and easy to digest.
… you think passing gas is the highest point in comedy.

Otherwise, don't waste your time.

Incredibly well written. Its words flowed like wine and filled with phrases that made you stop, think, and reconsider your view of life. Although a slow start, the story was unique, unlike anything I've read before. A wonderful story.
