Loved Grim energy. That man went after what he wanted. Mila was getting on last nerve though. She complained about being lonely and wanting a good man and blah blah but when it was in her face she was speaking a different tune. Like I get part of the reason but Grim was persistent and he stood on business. He was showing her he wanted her. She eventually go it  together tho. She started to grow on me once she got some damn sense. But babyyyy that plot twist I ain’t expect. Im lowkey mad it took me this long to get into this author catalog. Good read.

Aww this was a cute short read. Two hard working individuals that was taken for granted found eachother. I was so happy for Royal and Jew that they both got their HEA. Grumpy Sunshine trope.

I felt like this story had way more potential. As a woman I felt Yas and where she came from but I couldn’t connect with the characters. Idk what it is. Like something is missing and I can’t put my finger on it.  This was very slow paced and a lot of going back and fourth. I needed to see more from Yas and Josiah. What I did love was the representation of therapy. Knowing that it’s ok to not be okay and working towards bettering yourself. Need more of that in the black community. This is my first time reading from this author. Imma check out the second part to this and see if my feelings are the same.

Desperate times calls for desperate measures. AJ was shooting his shot and wasn’t letting nothing get in the way. A man that knows what he want and ain’t stopping till he get it. Amara is a lady in the streets and you know the rest lol. This was cute valentine’s day short. Shae always deliver.

First time read by this author and I will be checking out more by her.  I do feel like the story lacked details a bit at time. It’s a short yeahh but details is very important & it can make a story or break it. This was  good read tho despite that.

Read at your own risk. Some of the topic discussed can be triggering. This was crazy and a bit dramatic I would say. I would’ve never thought.

You know the saying. How to get over your old dude is by getting under a new one or whatever they say. Primrose is fed up with her boyfriend. He stood her up for the last time and she is over it. She’s all alone on Valentine’s day until the charming Jude Fontaine come through. Meeting Jude is like a breathe of fresh air for Primrose. Meeting Primrose have Jude feeling all tingly inside. The feeling is so foreign for him. These two hit it off so great and the chemistry is so authentic that you would think they knew eachother for years. They just meshed so well. Chemistry and great conversation have Jude asking Primrose for one night. Primrose was down. Once these two got a taste of eachother it was over. This was so cute and romantic. Short but hold your attention. Listen ladies what one man won’t do another will guarantee. Find you a Jude Fontaine.
