An original idea and well written story! The characters felt real and dynamic, their relationships weren't stale or boring at any point. I really enjoyed this book, and I like Elle Fanning as the narrator! She was perfect for Margo's voice.

This was a little too real of a read as someone in a long term relationship that isn't near the traditional idea of getting married. So this was very close to home as a fear I have! Dan sucks. Jamie is such a great book boyfriend - absolutely love him.

Loved this story about Reena and Nadim!!! It was so cute to watch them fall in love after faking their engagement. I love that they ended up totally in love and married!

This was a great book about addiction and hiding and trauma. Laura is a great storyteller and writer, I was never bored and she painted a picture without too much detail.

While I enjoyed the book enough, it did take me like a month to finish after I inhaled Butcher and Blackbird in one day. I liked seeing more of Lark and Lachlan and their story(ies), and it was so fun how fucked up Lark is despite her outward bubbly appearance. I felt pretty seen with her character (though I'm not as fucked up as Lark, I haven't murdered anyone lol).

I couldn't have cared less what was going to happen in this book. It never really hooked me, I listened to most of it while cleaning and I couldn't change it, it was wasn't bad by any means though. Just didn't keep my attention.
