The past repeats itself 

This was dark and most definitely depraved. I came in blind only knowing it was dark. 

I absolutely enjoyed it. The school is definitely run by a cult. For years things have always been the same. However, this year will be different. 

Vivian and Maddox have some very intense chemistry. She may be the sweet girl with the v-card but it didn't stand a chance against Maddox. They are so hot together. 

Vivian Valentine refuses to take what is deemed as her fate. She will discover the secrets and make a different choice because we get to make our choices.

If you want to be chased through a maze by your professor you better grab this book.

Burned by love and left to pick up the pieces

Jack is a single hockey dad who also plays professionally. He has two children with his ex-wife who really did a number on him. Between this and the way he grew up Jack doesn't believe he is worthy of love from anyone but his kids. 

Mara is a single mother of two kids. Having her daughter really put her body through a lot and exacerbated her medical conditions. Every day is filled with pain, a delicate balance to avoid flare ups, working while doing everything for her children. Their father pretty much ghosted them and doesn't even give child support. 

Jack and Mara officially meet when their children get in trouble at school. They build a friendship where they secretly want each other but refuse to go there. However, when the world starts kicking them while they are down they come to an agreement.

This is a beautiful story that shows the strain of medical diagnosis, divorce, single parenting, and never feeling like you are enough. 

I absolutely love Jack and he is such a teddy bear for the kids. I love seeing this "weak" woman being the dominant to such a strong man. He just wants to be her "good boy" and it's so hot. Having the freedom to be who you are and know that your partner accepts you is everything.

Two words: Tactile Telepathy

This is purely smut and it is 🥵🔥🥵🔥🥵🔥 so hot. 

Virgin girl who grew up in a super religious family has never had an orgasm. However, whenever she is at work she feels like someone is trying to make her cum. Turns out her boss is cupid, a demon who plans to claim her as his mate. 

Once marked as mates they must do the dead and then the next 14 days is nonstop train action for both male and female participants. Oh but it happens that Cupid is a twin and so she is his mate as well. 

The rest of the story is non-stop smut and more orgasms than humanly possible. It's fantastic. 

Making up for a forgotten birthday 

Miguel has been super stressed with new teaching job and new state testing requirements. The weeks are rushing by with late nights working. However, when he finds his fiancee set out jeans for himself he realized he had made a grave mistake. He had completely missed her birthday two days ago. 

The rest of the story is him setting up a perfect apology for the missed birthday. He sends her on the sweetest scavenger hunt that starts with tickets to a sold out show he already had for her and ends with Valentine's day dinner.  Each clue and gift was so sweet and perfectly thought out. 

When your delivery is better than advertised

This is a super sweet shirt story of two people meeting at the right time to build something so much more. 

When Daniel arrived to deliver her food just before midnight she decided to be bold and offer him a kiss as an extra tip. He agreed and that was the start of everything that was meant to be. 

When life draws you down a new path

Aspen is a lawyer who is fed up with her life. Her newest client wants to take over a town that isn't on the map anymore and no one seems to be responding from the town. Aspen decides to go look for the town and get a response.

This is a quick but fun monster read. I mean it's the first dryad I have encountered. The kinky possibilities in that relationship definitely have my mind all over. What he does do to her is super hot and I see endless pleasure and possibilities.

Drawn together as a moth to a flame

Regan lives in constant fear after being attacked in Central Park when she was a teenager. The man took so much from her. Now she wants to take back her power using a kink dating app - Moth to a Flame.

Landon is the CEO of that company and he has become obsessed with Regan. He controls who matches her and even hacks into her laptop. Those few he let through turn out terribly and his jealousy comes to a head. 

Landon decides he will break his vow of chastity and will be the one to make her fantasies a reality. So if course he has to start by leaving a few gifts. 

Once these two come together they are fire. Can they be exactly what is needed to heal from their traumas? Only time will tell. 

This book is very dark and there is a bunch of CNC so be sure you read your trigger warnings before you go into this. There is also detailed unaliving. 

This book was spicy and gripping. I devoured it and loved every minute of unhinged pleasure and pain. 

Rising after escaping a cult

Pheonix is a sweet Omega who is learning how to live again. She was sold when she presented and was abused by that man for a long time. Now that most of the cult is gone she is trying to rise from the ashes. 

However, one man ..or rather monster still remains. Nix is so afraid of so many things now. She does everything on her own and goes to never want an Alpha again. When she is getting supplies one day she discovers a scent that doesn't terrify her. This is the story of everything that happens after that moment 

This is the story of Pheonix and her rise from the ashes. Even if it isn't a graceful or direct rise. She discovers a lot along the way. I absolutely love the men in this book. They are protective but also the sweetest and most understanding Alphas.

Experiencing kindness 

Wow.... First off the cliffhanger in this part of the duet is absolutely cruel. 

Mina has been a captive in her own home for years. Her father is gone. Her mother and her revolving boyfriends are all abusive.

This move is different though because for some reason she is being enrolled in school. She can't speak and her mother tells everyone she can't read or write. However, Mina is much smarter than her mother could ever know. 

She must follow instructions or risk her mother's wrath. When panic attacks cause her to black out she meets people who care. Now she has to navigate new thoughs, feelings, and opportunities with all her previous knowledge and fears.

This book is absolutely amazing. It draws you in and makes you want to know the answers. I love the men and how each one cares. There are still so many questions that I feel like I may know the answers but there are so many others I have no clue about. 

I read this book in one sitting and need part two immediately because I need to know what happens next. Ugh that ending....

When a conversation could have changed everything

Men really are stupid sometimes. This is a perfect example of where secrets and over reactions lead to unnecessary consequences. 

This prequel shows what happened to lead Havoc to where she is when we first met her in book one and some of what is found out in book two and well.

This definitely fills in some of the missing gaps.
