Aduh..... Baru kali ini aku nggak nyaman dengan buku terjemahan. Awalnya ketidaknyamananku karena entah bagaimana pilihan bahasa penerjemah kesannya sangat kaku dan menggurui tanpa ada sesuatu yang diajarkan. Diakhir, beberapa cerita juga menggantung. Entah aslinya memang endingnya gantung begitu atau lost in translation.

Banyak salah ketik yang parah sampai-sampai aku nggak paham apakah ini tokoh yang sama atau sudah beda cerita 🤨

Ekspektasiku terlalu tinggi untuk buku ini.

Satu lagi, aku tidak menyarankan buku ini dibacakan ke anak-anak tanpa memilih cerita-cerita tertentu saja. Kebanyakan cerita yang ada disini entah kenapa sangat negatif. Sampai aku ragu kalau cerita aslinya memang se-negatif itu.

Hmm for me it is too obvious; the words, the advices, and the messages. But that makes the book accessible and fun to read for those who like straightforward advice. The magic is somehow confusing for me, because sometimes it is real magic, sometimes it is realistic magic. But still the narrative is beautiful and comforting.
