My favourite book in this series so far. Like in the other books I loved the story and story telling in general. But the thing I loved the most was that it was so relatable (for me) in the cruel bio dad department.

A book that seemed to be written be a contrarian who hates the person he is writing about. But the facts of the life of August Sander  were interesting and the picturers were amazing.

No the most easy read because of the story telling style and because of the general themes in the book. But it's a very important book especially to understand different cultures and the resulting behaviours.
I didn't like the nonchalant attitude towards cheating on your partner, especially from Salman who definitely had a choice between keep sleeping around and being monogamous.

It's the mother of books about toxic relationships. And I think it's horrible it's marked as one of the romance novels. In my opinion it's at most a dark romance and more thriller because no one seems to have any kind of romantic feelings for one another.
And on top of that there is a lot of incest in this book, in the third generation of "lovers". I think this is one of the books that you should not publish uncomented anymore.
But I'm very impressed, that Emily Brontë was able to publish books at that time.

I liked the book but it was definitely not my favourite romance book this year. I didn't like the third person POV because it's difficult for me to enjoy third person Lovestorys.

It was quite hard for me to read. Basis of the story is great and I think it's best enjoyed by a lord of the rings fan, who is very interested in to the lore of the world.

I'm so glad I gave this series an other chance. The second book was really bad compared to the first one and this one. The first one was absolutely amazing and this one was also really good. I wasn't a 100% happy with the pacing because in the beginning it was nicely paced and the author had time to build the story up but the end seamed rushed.
I really recommend this book and the series (book 4 is already on my shelf).

I needed a pallet cleanser read and it was perfect. It was lightheaded but still had emotional scenes. The emotional parts of this book weren't overwhelming just made the story interesting und I liked the spicy scenes.
