The Glamourist by Luanne G. Smith

Ok, but
In book 1 we meet the vine witch, elena. Book 2 is about the girl she was shackled to in the jail. Book one was exceptional. I reread it this weekend to ferment the story so I could fall in fall with book 2. Maybe my own expectations were too much... little things like misspellings of names from one sentence to the next overwhelmed me and at times the story took too many turns and then attempted swivels back to where they had attempted to connect. In 10 days book 3 is released and I'll read that as well. While it was good, it just didn't have the excitement or breadth book 1 did. I hope and wish well for book 3.

Wholly Unraveled: A Memoir by Keele Burgin

Just.... wow
This book was terribly wonderful. It is now on my top 5 list. The range of emptiness you can feel while reading this is unbelievable. There are no other words to describe it.
There are times when you think the author can't suffer more, that there's no way she can go through more, especially by her family, and then the "more" slaps you in the face. Her grit and tenacity are paramount to her character and yet you see her fighting to be free and to feel loved; to not have to have so much "grit".
And then..... she spirals out of control. I feel this section so much in my heart. This was me.... I have been this person and it's scary. And you wake up one day and boom: section three of the book... this section has love, struggle, anger, release, relief, and finally self worth in some aspect.
There is an amount of love in each word of this book in the way it is written. It is spectacular.

Bodybuilding For Beginners: A 12-Week Program to Build Muscle and Burn Fat by Kyle Hunt

It's a good book for beginners, as the title indicates, that are not aware of form or names of workouts/ exercises. The 12 will program in it appears to be effective; it just wasn't where i am in my workout regimen. I think if you're a beginner is a great start. If you're any level above it, leave it be.
