Good but not great. Predictable with no real conflict. Will’s feelings didn’t seem to make sense and didn’t really conclude. The family’s behavior was fixed so quickly and easily too. Plus Halle and Henry’s communication was just too amazing. Not believable enough.

I love the idea behind Bromance Book Club but this book wasn’t my favorite because it’s sad for much of it. I appreciate the idea of not taking relationships for granted but I’m too much turmoil stresses me out unfortunately.

Was not looking forward to Nesta’s book and I still think “meh” after reading.

I really enjoyed this! It’s a very original take on the Chosen One trope, especially with one destined for goodness and villainy it seems. This book handles the trope with humor and in that way reminds me of Carry On but both are unique great books. I can’t wait to read more, especially with that tease at the end.

Wow, all six points of view of potential love interests, three romances happening simultaneously (and somehow coming together on the same night- wow!). I was frustrated by the terrible communication and too laid back parenting (they didn’t realize their adopted son was overly commuting to chores out of fear of being sent away?). But I really liked Larkin and Nora, especially Larkin shutting down the dinner and calling people out and leaving (good for Beau for accompanying his sister and calling Palmer on her shit). Realistic characters with some good drama and moments.

Cute- wish I did read this before the second in series to give better context and actually enjoy the update on Amelia and Noah. Simple read but good basic romance.
