dnf at 80% tell my why I was supposed to care about these characters?? it's like the author had all the perfect bits except that

I really wanted to like this because I enjoyed the first one. I don’t think these characters were as vibrant. Also, I think I just realized that age gap romance gives me the ick. Every time the mmc referenced how the fmc was too young it made me feel gross.

So close to 5 stars. It starts off rather slow but once it picks up speed it's like a snowball that turns into an avalanche. I cannot wait for the next book!

It was just fun! Not to mention it was so refreshing to have a strong and confident fmc while not being reminded of it every ten pages by the author.
