Oh my goodness I'm so glad I gave this novella a shot! I asked someone for a fun and spicy read to break up the ARCs I've been consuming. This did not disappoint!
Adalina and Elliot were smoldering and once they let their love burn whoo! Elliot had one of the dirtiest mouths on him and wholly guacamole I had to stop a few times.

Highly recommend this if you're looking for a quick and spicy fun time!

Can't wait to read the Christmas/Winter one next month!

This was such a fun Christmas read! It was full of banter,  both naughty & nice spicey times, and the use of Christmas-themed items.

Diana is a force of a woman. She is a single mom who men find hard to date because she is so fiercely independent and headstrong.

Lawson is the semi-broody cowboy who shows up on Diana's doorstep the day after she writes a drunken "Dear Santa" letter asking for a cowboy to love.

DᴇᴅΙͺα΄„α΄€α΄›Ιͺᴏɴ
Dedicated to all the moms out there who feel like they aren’t good enough. YOU ARE. But if you need more reassurance, write a Dear Santa letter asking for a cowboy and maybe someone like Lawson Boone will show up on your doorstep.

Thank you to @lovenotes.pr for allowing me to read and review this early! All thoughts are my own.

I really enjoyed this audiobook. While it took a bit to listen to it cause... life.  πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ The full cast made this easy to listen to. Lauren always has a way of writing funny and cringe-worthy scenes in a way that makes you laugh.
She had me laughing out loud on so many occasions throughout this book. From her constant use of Christmas themed one liners, to the back and forth between the main characters. Wilder and Fable were a perfect match for one another!

I recommend it if you love:
β˜ƒοΈ Men who love Christmas
β˜ƒοΈ Towns that hold Christmas Competitions
β˜ƒοΈ FMCs who can give as good as the get
β˜ƒοΈ A man that enjoys a good *meal*
β˜ƒοΈ Meddling family and friends

I was fortunate enough to receive this as both a Beta and ARC reader. This spicy novella follows the long lost sister, Michaela, of Seraphina (from Retaliation & Resurrection) and her Daemon, Morax.

S.D. did not disappoint with this hot little number! I devoured the Beta but took my time to really enjoy the ARC. Sorry its so late!

I so look forward to seeing her and Seraphina reunite after being separated from one another for so long.

Thank You Steph and Naughty Nook PR for gifting me both copies early. All thoughts are my own.

I can't rave enough about Lucy's writing. She writes some of the most relatable characters. They seriously feel real to me.
Layne and her 3 men felt no different to me. I felt her fear, I felt their anger, I felt like I was living the story being told to me as it unfolded.

I wouldn’t survive without you.” β€œYeah, you would, because you are the strongest person I know. But here’s the truthβ€”this thing of ours, Layne, it’s a forever, and ever, and fucking ever, ever, ever thing.”

I enjoyed this audiobook. Bella Mattews is a new to me author. I loved Nixon and Kenzies relationship from the get. They were cute together and got that eachother were busy with their respective careers. I loved how their families kept pushing them together. The cast of side characters was great! I even loved the Gossip Girl vibes of the local "news" reporter.

The only negative thing about this audiobook for me was I didnt care for the male narrator. The way he dictated and overly annunciated his word drove me crazy and made it hard to connect with his character.

Ari does it again! I loved Serena and her Pack of Hunks. I loved how much a fighter Serena was and how much bravery she had. I loved all 4 of her men.
Tristan: The Senator and Pack Alpha
Spencer: Tristan's Brother and a Stern Professor Daddy
Avery: The Tatted, Snarky Bad Boy MMA fighter
Jonah: The Cinnamon Roll NFL Linebacker

I was wondering how Serena tied into the series. Ari put a twist that I totally didn't see coming! There were angsty moments, sad moments, and so many funny moments.

Thank You to Ari and Happily Booked PR for the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book.
