This book was very confusing. The first 70 pages were written in a very odd non-linear way, but then it changed to a linear narrative and it was interesting. Very dark, but whimsical. I can definitely say I’ve never read a book like it.

This book was amazing. I loved the characters and the story itself. It was so intricate and it connected together so beautifully in the end. There were a couple of things I saw coming, but that didn’t inhibit my enjoyment in the slightest. It wrapped up so nicely.

A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas

Did not finish book. Stopped at 41%.
This book just seemed to drag on. It was literally the same thing over and over again, with some smut mixed in. Training, library, smut…training, library, smut. I was so bored. This really didn’t need to be 757 pages. I get SJM wanted a slow-burn, but this is way too much.

This was such a fun read. It was action-packed and fast-paced. I really enjoyed the reveals. It did get a little dull during some of the scenes, but overall, it was a great read.

This just seemed like a lot of nothing. Nothing really happened and there were ALOT of assumptions being made about that was going on.

The spice was interesting though. Not usually a spicy reader, but I liked it.

This was such a sweet story. Just a simple slice of life during the Winter Solstice. A great way to immerse myself back in the world of ACOTAR and see the characters again.

I did not find this book as captivating as the first. It was still enjoyable.

I loved this book. It kept me captivated from start to finish. I loved the characters and the slow-burn. The ending was unexpected. I understand where the author was going with it and I’m excited to see what happens next.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I felt like we never really got any answers to anything. There was a lot of “I will tell you” but then something prevents it from happening.
