The 12 week year is a great idea, but the book is badly written.
It is clear that the writer needed to stretch to fill a whole book with his idea. Instead of the book, read an excerpt or watch a Youtube video about the subject. You can then spend the time that you didn't waste on reading the book on actually planning your 12 week year.

Lot;s of great learnings and tactics on negotiating in business, but also in the rest of life.

Short fun book that makes the point that you should focus on the 4 pillars of Amazon to build a thriving business that survives the ages:
1. Costumer Centricity
2. Continuous Optimization
3. Culture of Innovation
4. Corporate Agility

Traction gives a good framework on how to structure your business and involve the whole team. I'm going to implement a lot of this in Team Croco.
