This book makes me miss the lake and summer. Another great story and writing from Carley Fortune! I struggled a little bit with the concept. I just don’t see two people going THAT long pining after each other.

Holy buckets I think I need to read the ending again. Shit hit the fan.

Overall, I liked this one more than CC1! I did still feel this one dragging with all of the back and forth with POVs and changing of what they are looking for.

There were definitely times I had to put this one down because I was frustrated or annoyed. Overall, this was a great ending to this story! I loved the mix of worlds and hope to see it more in SJM’s new books. But again I wish some people would just die!! It’s war people die!!

I liked it and am excited to keep reading, but I struggled through some of this.. The constant change in what they were looking for just felt like it started to drag. I did really like the character development and banter (!!!) from Bryce and Hunt!

Still trying to wrap my head around the world! Might need to make a chart.

Entertaining but definitely dragged a majority of the time. Probably won’t finish this series.

My heart is shattered. I loved this book. Took a bit to get into it but it was so good.
