I really think I should have DNF'd this at about 30% but I pushed through.
I found this so lackluster and boring. I just was waiting for it to be over. I don't *dislike* the MCs but I also don't really love anything about them or the story. I do think this has a place for a lot of people  but I am not in that group.

This was cute. A little cheesy (pun intended) but still super cute!

I had a pretty good idea of what would happen in this books so I pushed it off. But I decided now was the time to get it off my shelf. And yes, I was right about what happens in this book but the writing of this story and the small details within it, truly made it different than I expected. I *bawled* at this book.

This book is written so interestingly. Different timelines and different POVs. There were many twists and turns, a lot of sadness, heartbreak, and real life woven into this story.

This book is written so beautifully and it's honestly slightly tragic how everything happens. It's incredibly engaging and I love the alternating POVs. You can feel the pain, the love, the era in which it is written. This is probably the most heartbreaking book I have read this year.
