I started Legendary almost immediately after finishing Caraval and straight from page one I was captivated. I had several moments where I was like, is such and such going to happen?! Which I love doing btw lololol the different POV gave it an entirely different feel, which I didn’t enjoy at first tbh, but by the end I had so many feelings

Finale was everything I had hoped it would be. Some of my “inklings” proved to be true and the element of surprise was still present until the very last page

Pick a book any book and it didn’t even get interesting until 70-some odd percent into the book.
There’s no real character detail.
The world building is OK at best.
The story is a mediocre day to day of a girl who can talk to ghosts and sometimes uses magic.

The one thing I loved about this book was the consistency of unfiltered emotion. Emotion fuels this storyline and it engulfs you.

The love. The grief.
