So after reading book 1 (QOD) and book 2 (QOA) I was already fully committed to this series as it's fun, intriguing, captivating, full of adventure, and has amazing characters!, but somehow it just keeps getting better and book 3 jumps right back into the action and adventure and had me hooked again.
There's more scheming, more adventure, more secrets, more drama, and on top of that there's romances brewing!

Emilia continues to be a kick ass, strong, stubborn and impressive Queen.
Ambrose, Lionhart and Clayton are her ever loyal friends and will do everything they can to protect their Queen.
Thessian is even softening up to Emilia too and wanting to protect her, while he continues to help uncover secrets and plots against them.
And Laurence...well he keeps being Laurence, but that's a good thing as he's funny, keeps you on your toes, and is constantly getting into trouble and has drama shadowing him every step he takes.
We're also introduced to the new and handsome Valerian too, but it's too soon to tell if he's an ally or enemy, but he has eyes on Emilia too!

This series is honestly phenomenal and we get to learn so much in this latest book including insights into Emilia's past both as a young child in this realm and her previous life.
But another cliffhanger! It's an emotional rollercoaster for sure, but I can't wait for book 4!!

A standalone DARK mafia romance.
Secrets, lies, betrayals and revenge all lead to deadly consequences as Camille is forced into an arranged marriage with the enemy - Luca. He's dark, possessive, controlling and unhinged, but his growing desires for her start to outweigh his need for revenge on the woman and family he hates and wants to destroy, and she's falling for him too even though she's trapped, punished and controlled by him. Lots of spice, tension and twists. (Includes praise/degrad, somno, forced prox, arranged marriage, punishment, dubcon)

Part 2 of the dualogy.
After devouring book 1 I couldn't wait to read the 2nd part. It doesn't disappoint, there's action, revenge, betrayals, secrets revealed, abduction, violence, and twists. It's fast paced, Emma goes through a LOT, it helps Ruslan become a man and see his character grow, and the kids get what they've always wanted in the end.
A great ending to the story!

This was a short but very sweet paranormal romance, one of the standalone novellas in the goldencrest pack holiday series.
It's a MM romance with fated mates, tension and spice.
Ladon (dragon-shifter) and James (wolf-shifter) are both HOT, stubborn and want control, and they can't help but fall into the mate bond driving their connection, with the help of their shifter alter ego's.
This was a fun read that I devoured and couldn't put down! Only downside is that this story ends too soon, i need more of these cuties!

I absolutely devoured this book!
It was intriguing, fun, entertaining, mysterious, and heartwarming. Full of adventure and endearing slow burn romance, it's a perfect young adult Romantasy. It switches between the main characters POV and was a thrilling ride of uncovering secrets and betrayals. Diane is a powerful kick ass princess with a heart of gold, and the mysterious handsome and brooding Dark Fae Spence is trying to figure out who he was and who he may become. A thrilling journey of self discovery, fate and destiny. Can't wait to read to next book!

This was intense, totally taboo, and full of so many triggers / kinks I lost count.
Pro - Daddy Tommy is hot and crazy
Con - I think I'm permanently scarred... I'll never look at certain natural things in the same way again... IYKYK.
Pro - Their dynamic is magnetic, naughty and wild which was fun to read.
Con - There is no real plot or mafia vibe, just pure filthy smut,... but some people are cool with that so that could be a pro too.
Pro - easy / quick to read

At the mention of this being a beauty and beast retelling with Fae I was onboard, but this was so enchanting and swoon worthy!
With tropes including enemies to lovers, touch her and die, forced marriage, mate bonds, curses and forbidden romance this was set to be a winner.
I devoured it in a few hours and couldn't put it down. It's dark, gripping and addictive, with a strong stubborn FMC, and a possessive but considerate MMC.
The concept of a Volcanic Fae King (fire) and Selkie (water) adds to the forbidden element on top of a forced marriage, being held captive and being enemies, but with a curse to break, secrets, lies and conflicts, this is a masterpiece of slow burn enemy to lover romance, angst, suspense and mystery.
Ending on a major cliffhanger prepare for anxiety while you wait for book 2!
Highly recommend and looking forward to the next book!!

This was a great paced YA fantasy with drama, action and mystery.
It's a journey of self discovery, loyal friendships, overcoming hardship, discovering truths, and enduring loss. With paranormal elements and plot twists this was a gripping storyline with endearing character development, and included dire stakes, morally grey characters, villains, slow burn romance and elemental magic, helping reveal an underworld paranormal society and a secret war. Excited to read more of this series and see how it develops.
The Kingdom's Omen: Heir Of Sormoth, Book One by Selina Smith

This was an intriguing dark fantasy story, including slow burn romance, hints at fated mates, enemies to allies, sorcery and revenge.
It includes Fae, werewolves, shifters, vampires and more, and follows the story of magical and feared Sorceress Luween being escorted from her village by Knights to finding out she's a long lost princess and the next heir.
The fact Luween is also a unique and rare sorceress with powers from all 4 God's that she must keep secret and under control, and her subplot of getting revenge for her mother's death add complications to her new situation as heir to the King she's vowed to kill.
Add in the Queen's unusual behaviour and hostility towards her, a magical and cryptic book telling her to break a curse, and shifting feelings to those around her and Luween is facing challenges from all directions.

This a shorter read and book 1 of a planned trilogy. It's fun, fast paced and entertaining. Excited to read more of this series especially after the traumatic cliffhanger!
