It wasn't bad, but I just felt nothing for the character or the story. Finished it just to be done with it.

Fun plot twist!

Solid summer read. I'm emotional but it made me laugh quite a bit.

It was eerie, but it did 2 major things I've always disliked in the horror genre. Willing to explain if asked.

I'm still more fond of historical romance, and this would have been. 3 star book, but the relationship between joe, molly, and their dad was so funny and layered and sweet that I bumped it up a bit.

Historical romance reigns the supreme subgenre of romance for me, personally. And what a well-written, fun book! This was the first I've read if hers. Immediately started book 2.

One scene brought it down to a 3.5, but overall still fun. It's fun to have an american heroine in a largely British subgenre.

It's so wild to me that it took me this long to read any of her books, and now I've finished 3 of hers in about 2 weeks. No wonder she's one of the top selling historical romance authors. I love the wit and individuality of the characters.
