i was super invested in this story. every time i thought it couldn’t get more horrific and tense - it did, right up until the last page. stressful, emotional, but very well done. JM did a great job with the multiple perspectives and timelines - they flow between chapters was very good and enticing.

this was done so badly. there was a cute and cozy premise for the book but this was completely ruined by all the miysogynistic, sexual dialogue that tainted every conversation. I don’t know how i finished this. predictable plot. unlikable characters. CRINGE. revolting.

forced proximity is my favourite trope. this was a perfect mix of everything a good rom-com entails. cute and funny and nicely spiced with a focus on self development and sisterhood.

the tone of the first part was really depressing, which was the point but wasn’t enjoyable. but then the rest of the story was fine. nice ending. nice development.

so suspenseful!! the climax towards the end had me stressing. good story, stressful but such a good page turner. maybe the premise was a little predictable but the finer details were very well thought out.

this was just cringey flirtatious ramblings that turned into a deep trauma dump and then turned cringe again. if it was more than 40 pages i wouldn’t have read it
