so cute and cozy! i mainly picked this book up for the narrators (ily samantha brentmoor and stephen dexter), but the grinch x christmas carol inspired xmas romcom was the perfect holiday read

sooooo cute!! and my first lauren asher audiobook too, what a sleigh

new favorite ali book unlocked!!!!!! 

i am gagged bc ali blew me away with this book! the emotional depth, the angst, and the pining in this book made my tummy hurt in the best way possible. i could not stop reading and stayed up way past my bed time devouring this book. 

lukas and scarlett consumed me body and soul. truly a perfect pair if i ever saw one! they complemented each other so well and were so emotionally raw and intimate with each other in a way they were never able to be with past partners. they were so in tune with the way the other was feeling and thinking, and it made for such a (you guessed it) intimate (!!!!) reading experience. i fr thought i was intruding on their private moments.

and lukas blomqvist??? i need him so bad!!! now that's a man down bad in love with his reluctant girl if i ever saw one! 

i don't even know what else to say except that i loved this book so much and i am in AWE with the emotional depth ali was able to capture not only between our main couple, but also with their individual relationships with other people. i already wanna reread it this book that's how much i loved it! 

it seems like ali hazelwood can write any romance subgenre and i just can't wait for what she'll wow us with next. this book is going to the top of my 2025 favorites, and what a time to be alive!!

oh my god i loved this book so much!!!!! it truly was if "knives out" was a romcom, and to me, that's beautiful. i would read an entire series of ethan and maggie solving mysteries together and making out in between finding clues. i hope ally carter knows i love her bc i do!!!!!!

i love chloe liese's books so much!!! if there ever was an author that writes the book equivalent of a warm hug, it's chloe liese! 

this was such an incredible conclusion to the wilmot sister's trilogy. juliet's book has been a long time coming and i loved the amount of care that went into writing this story. 

this is a twelfth night retelling (with a little bit of she's   the man easter eggs) and i just ate it up!! juliet and will warmed my heart and their romance training sessions were so charming and cute (esp when it bled into real feelings hehe). it was so cozy and sweet and so hot?????? like ok gag me

and farmer will????? he is the actual gentle giant man of my dreams!!! he's so attentive and caring and SO HOT wow. a classic chloe liese man if i ever saw one!

oh gosh am i a tessa bailey girlie!!!! 

i've been reading all her books since ihos first came out and NO ONE can make me lose my mind like she can.

i was so intrigued with this book bc this was tessa's first foray into forbidden/taboo romance (that i've read) and i just know it was gonna hit in classic tessa bailey fashion. it was horny AND sweet (yuh!)

this is a future step-siblings forbidden romance and it was so fire!!!! it was slow burn and hot and so romantic and kinda insta love-y, but like, come on it's tessa bailey and her insta love-y books are my favorites (hello!!! i am an ihos stan). our fmc chloe actually reminded me a lot of piper from ihos and i think that just made me love chloe even more bc there's nothing better than an underestimated fmc that proves everyone wrong!! 

and sig gauthier??? tessa bailey again gave us the most obsessed down bad for his girl mmc and i loved every pathetic (complimentary) minute if it.

sig and chloe are actual soulmates and i loved seeing how their relationship progressed and the little and big ways they showed their love to each other! the ultimate acts of service/words of affirmation couple. i loved the build up and the mutual yearning sm and the epilogue???? no one writes and epilogue like tessa bailey!!! 

i'm her fangirl for life and i can't wait for the next book in this series!
