Whew THIS is the kinda book I live for! Books with real feeling women with real problems and worries saying fuck you to their situation. I really loved this a lot, the MC was great and reading essentially about 2 different women's lives, takes and how the events of the book effected and changed them was just sooooo good. It was deep, gruesome and feminist so I was LIVING for this! 

As delightfully fun as the last one, though I think i like this couple more than book 1's! Reggie was just delightful to read from and about and the romance was great eeek!

I loved how silly parts of it were and the 'fake dating' trope was iconic as ever, i do wish the book was longer though so we had more time for angst but i really had a lot of fun with this. The vampires were quirky and the story was really fun and lighthearted

I need book 3 to come out already, I can't cope with the wait, i seem to just devour these books they're just so bloody good.

Hehe I LOVED this one so much, the dynamic was interesting, yet again with the forced proximity but with more stakes and wildness than the 2 books before it. 

The romance was great, fast paced to match the book but I loved it a lot, it felt right within the context! The plot was also just really good, I just loved this one a lot, plus seeing all the characters from the other 2 books, ugh I love it!

Anyway 5*, I’m sad this series (I. Think atleast) is at an end!! 

Read as part of a book club as October’s book and YES THIS IS THE KINDA FICTION I CAN GET BEHIND! Strange, weird, bordering on horror, with those weird unexplained feelings and elements. Honestly I cannot fault a book that leaves bits up to the imagination, this was just ugh! SO FUCKING GOOD! 

I’m so excited to discuss this one, truly I had an absolute blast reading this. I think I’ve found my brand of fiction. This gives big Woman, Eating vibes to me just that balance of womanhood and bizzare, loved it!!  

Read this for a book club and honestly this was not for me. Like girlie where’s the plot, where’s the substance…I can’t just run on vibes :’)

Ugh can we PLEASE have more of this world PLEASEEE?? You can’t leave me like that! 

I loved this duology a lot, possibly more than the original series, Oak was a really interesting main character to read from! I love all the drama, the politics, the twists this duology brought and I’m sad it’s over! 

The last like 5 chapters of this had me on the edge of my seat. Truly this flowed so well from book 1 to 2 and just ugh, I honestly needed another book because I didn’t want it to end. Truly it was so enchanting and wild I loved it! Plus Wren is also an iconic MC! 

It’s just a shame I was so busy this month or I woulda devoured this in a single day. 

Yet again I enjoyed so much seeing Jude x Cardan and just ugh !! Love !! 

These just keep getting better and better, the drama, the world building, the characters…just *chefs kiss*.

These are so funny and lighthearted but also so crazy and wild on the plot points and lore! I loved this one so much it was so weird and I had a lot of fun reading it. I can’t wait to see where this series goes!

This was absolutely legendary, I’m truly obsessed with alt history in general but THIS in the HMRC world?? Immaculate, truly immaculate sapphic Witchey I loved it so much! I’m really excited for the final book in the series, this novella was perfect to keep me going until that one, I loved this so much! I just wish this was longer ahhh

This is STILL my favourite in the series, what an absolute banger! Such an easy 5* truly. 

Genuinely so obsessed with Rowan and Manon, the two most iconic characters icl. The world building in this one and all the character development is actually immaculate! 

Hoping that the next book holds up because I think book 4 was where I gave up last time so thoughts and prayers because I’m having a great time with these rn! 

Really do love this series, it’s so fun and quirky. The characters are interesting and complex and the plot lines are just wild! 

I love the way everything weaves together and we keep getting pieces of a larger puzzle as the books go on! 

Giving it a 4.5 because it was better than book 1 and I just loved it ahh!! I’m excited to see wtf is gonna happen next, I had a lot of fun with this one
