✅ I liked the ending of the book very much it is not really a surprise that she becomes this nightmare creature by the end of the book, but I relly liked the "plottwist" and the nightmare / shepperd king character seems very interesting at the end. Hoping book two is more like the end and much less of Elspeth.

Das Buch war interessant und unterhaltsam. Bis zur Hälfte hat es mir sehr gut gefallen, danach war es teilweise ein bisschen langweilig. Die Wendung habe ich vorhergehenden und sie war leider weit weniger spannend als erhofft. Auch das (vorläufige) Ende des Buches ist leider nicht so gut gelungen. Ich würde diese Reihe weiter lesen.
