✅ Magic System
✅ Idea
✅ Setting
✅ Male Lead was likeable
✅ I liked the ending of the book very much it is not really a surprise that she becomes this nightmare creature by the end of the book, but I relly liked the "plottwist" and the nightmare / shepperd king character seems very interesting at the end. Hoping book two is more like the end and much less of Elspeth.
⛔ Little to no Worldbuilding
⛔ Characters are not very likeable (especially the female lead)
⛔ Elspeth (female lead) CAN NOT DO ANYTHING - she is unable to open curtains, she is supposed to be badass and the hero of the story but she is just annoying, incapable and stupid
⛔ The poems are lackluster
