Inspiring insight into this actor and with so few words can paint a picture of someone or review of a work with a swipe of this pen. Love the audio version thankful Audible had the visual page imaging as PDF.
the afterward read by his widow just brought me to tears and made the audio interview with Alan or the more haunting,

This adaption was fantastic in the choices that the author highlighted in this edition from the original text. The illustrations were clear and easy to follow even with it being black and white. (Other adaptions have come out in colour) the only picky thing is we don't see Anne's freckles but that is only a small thing. I love how much of the conversational text made it into this adaption and the focus of family is strong and true to the time period of the original text.

The secret gem is at the back of the book with the adaption author showing and explaining how the adaption to graphic novel went and how she went about abridging the story line. This will be useful information for those wish to adaption graphic novels and was like your own personal author visit.

A wonderful written history of a forgotten incident which hopefully will now be remembered.

It is not only the incident but the history of the colony/state of Victoria and the birth of Aussie rules football. A wonderful window into this time period and some insight into the young men that were lost to Port Phillip Bay. For those that have hung around Mornington it's can I remember the building or landmark as you read.

Saving judgment till after second book as bad editing made this a jumpy read. Up shot this had more of what Gild lacked in a certain department. Author should get a good editor and put a newer edition out.

Funny version of Australian history and doesn't shy way from the dark topics.

Only draw back is the second half is federal government over load so some history is left out.

Mistborn cross with Stephen King Gunslinger without the drag. Good mind/read cleanser between the 2 trilogies with a few new information for both.
