A beautiful dystopian scifi following many well developed charcters through different point of views that construct the story through many stories. Like working through an historical future or alternative future through diaries and journals as we do know with different world histories. The charcters a very diverse and complexity but at the same time you feel like you personally know them and can't wait to catch up with them.

Culture shock that distracts from the story as you need to get your head around what things a next you are in middle of a fight. A good mix of dystopian and fantasy with a very strong African feel.

Read and listen carefully due to time jumps. Can be a bit confusing but finishes strongly.

Beautiful novelette and a great add on to the first book. In moments I was laughing to have tears in my eyes. But this book really makes you feel the frustration on new love with the Monty feel. Thank you Mackenzie Lee to making this available for those of us who could not get this as a give away at the time.

Interesting and easy to listen to. The start was gripping but by the end it fell flat as it was almost the samething in waves. Has HP virbes but starting at an older age group.
