Really loved this dark retelling and all the woven bits of the classic story as key plot points. also the queer storyline and the smashing the patriarchy message was stellar!

Just what I needed. A grumpy lesbian and sunshine bisexual find themselves perfectly together. Loved it.

Queer, trans, chronically ill, witchy types, this one has it all, and some supernatural elements too. Really fun and damn, I really wasnt expecting the story to end there, so I assume we eventually get a part 2. Thanks to Macmillan for an early review copy.

Another wonderful romantic book in this series! bisexual main character, f/m love pairing, queer side characters whom both get to be MCs of their own books (that come before and after this novel!).

I enjoyed this story, but have to admit it took me like 50% to care about it at all...but I love sci-fi & especially queer scifi and I also own them - so I was determined to finish. Sometimes, its me and not the book...hoping book 2 gets it going quicker.

So fun, sweet, and romantic! Also about embracing who you are, with all your so-called faults, and knowing you are still loved and can be loved!
