David Grand breaks down the process giving the clinician the tools to work on helping their clients. This book is instructional and part of the Level 1 package. It helps the clinician understand how to go about doing the intervention, what to look for and how to implement with the client. This isn't as much a self-help work, as you will need a clinician to lead you through. But it does inform on the biological components of why these type of interventions work.
