Wow! I loved this one as much as Julian and Grace's story! Amanda and Kyrian were amazing together. I can already tell I"m going to love this series!

3.5 rounding down. More of the I'm not worthy of love from the male MC...I think this might be the MO for this author. I liked this better than the start of the other series I read before this. I'm not sure I'll follow this one either though. The characters are more interesting, but I think I need something new. And I can't stand the constant I'm not good for you business.

The plot for this book is a fantastic idea, but I'm not sure it's my kind of book. I'm not much for romance and I didn't realize when I picking it up how much it would eclipse the rest of the storyline. There are paragraphs describing the characters lust for each other. I became more acquainted with his bulge than I did the bad guy XD
My distaste for romance is no fault of the book or its author. It is just my personal interest and is in no way related to the books quality
That being said I admired the fantasy plot and I really like how it ended.

3.5 Stars.
I liked Kyrian, and so wanted things to turn out well for him after the shit-storm that was his human life. Amanda...sort of annoyed me at times. She had all of these magical powers that she had just...ignored? And ignoring them made them go away, instead of just making them completely out of her control? Okay.

This isn't good. There's a scene that features a whipped cream loin cloth and it's supposed to be sexy and not hilariously stupid. I hoped this would be something along the lines of Immortals After Dark, but it was a slog from beginning to end. I've heard the series gets better as it goes along, but I'm out.

La verdad es que no la paso nada mal releyendo a SK porque sus libros se me van como agua.
