Even by my generally low expectations for a Patterson novel, this was a bit lame. (No, I don't know why I read this series, either.) There are two major cases going on in this book. They find the vital clue to the perp in one case via the most improbable connection to New Age claptrap and to the other through an equally improbable deus ex machina coming through an ethical breach. So much for these characters being detectives.

I always enjoy these, quick reads. I just couldn't get fully invested in this one.

I devoured this book. I read until my eye lids felt like sandpaper and still couldn't put the book down. The 11th installment of the Women's Murder Club is still fresh, exciting and a real page turner. They are on the case of a serial killer. Then as luck would have it, another serial killer. As unbelievable as some of the events and circumstances may seem, the suspense is so well crafted, there is no putting this book down.

Thank god I'm almost done with these books, this was the worst one yet.

This one took me a lot longer to read then normal. But it was still a great book to add to the Women’s Murder Club!

This book was dull at best. I think I'm done with the Lindsey Boxer books...
