I enjoyed this series more than I thought I would but this book didn't hit right. It felt slow and anticlimactic the whole way through.. And I know I'm supposed to be happy that she gets a happy ending with all her partners...but I will hate Rex til the day I die

Overall, the book and series didn’t leave an everlasting impression. Book 3 felt empty for how heavy the plot was. I think I would have liked to see more detail on the downfall of the cult, but she did clean it up relatively nicely.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly, I am not satisfied with that ending. Anex should have suffered by their hands. Sure, it’s realistic maybe but couldn’t we have some revenge? That mostly brought down the rating because it was all leading up to that anticlimactic, rushed ending?

The development between her and the guys and their transition was well done as always.
Though we FINALLY get a MM scene (and with one of the guys I didn’t see coming) but it’s completely forgotten afterwards. Like, let’s circle back to that.

Also, what about Imogene’s dad?

I really love the series and the author but overall not my favorite in the series. Hot and love the guys but I don’t know, didn’t feel quite as satisfied.

This was a good read as it meant that i finished a trilogy (yay!). I was so glad to pick this up, especially after the ending of the second book i wanted to find out what happened to the characters during this book. It is a very interesting read, and the characters had some good developement throughout the story.

an amazing ending.

I was so invested in this story. It was a wild ride with an amazing ending. The emotions are strong. The heat is real. The suspense though. I couldn’t get enough.

Wish the ending was a little longer. Satisfying conclusion but just want a little more.

Loved

I feel like I’ve been waiting for this last book for forever but in actuality it was only a few months lol Angel Lawson really did her homework on cults. This is a dark why choose cult romance. The triggers are the real deal and I suggest making sure you can handle reading them. This author had me immersed into reading this story. I felt like I was there with Imogene, Rex, Levi, and Silas. The ending was perfect! Angel Lawson wrapped this story up perfectly.
