The plot thickens!

Ughhhh Got me again! I am loving this series and the all the twists and turns. I am frustrated with Sloanes character sometimes being sooo stubborn and quick to jump and run… but i also feel like it is part of her past that might make sense as I continue…. Which i will be doing as soon as I am done writing this! There is spice that is hot, but also not so over the top that is all there is. Very well written! Highly recommended series!!!

4.5/5 ✰ — dorian being stupid… (and blonde?) unacceptable. i liked the groveling SO MUCH but omg the secret keeping pisses me off as well. i do love ares and sloane’s friendship with him and so happy it wasn’t a love triangle situation

I will try to keep this as vague as possible to avoid spoilers.

I loved it. I have so many feelings after reading this book. I was so mad at some of the characters I was ready for throwing my phone across the room, but I couldn’t put it down.

Dorian and Sloanes story is not a simple one, there are so many secrets and unsaid truths between them. I spent half the book mad at Dorian and the other half wanting to shake Sloane until she forgave him. Their relationship is emotional, heartbreaking, hilarious, complicated,turbulent and HotAF

Ares, I did not like him at all in the first book and now I want to give him all the hugs.

The twists and that big reveal, what the HELL! I need the next book ASAP

I am freaking the absolute fuck out right now. This story is absolutely crazy. My heart is literally racing. Ares and Sloane or should I say Pilar got so close and to find out they are twins!? Callum and Sloane’s dad definitely have something they are hiding and I am scared to find out. Dorian is so sweet in trying to right his wrongs. He is willing to acknowledge his wrongs and how he’s going to fix it to win Sloane back. He is also the only football player who can pull off a strapless black dress on the football field. I am so excited to read the next book!

Savage Little Lies picks up right where book one left off and Dorian feels betrayed by Sloane. Dorian lives in his head so much, that he cannot get out of it and listen to what people are saying. It can get super frustrating, because if he would just open his mind and listen, he would see the truth.

I love that Sloane is forming a bond with Ares. He was one of the first to judge her hard, but the last to come around, and now the only one sticking around. Dorian finally comes around and Sloane keeps him at arms length. I loved all the ways that he showed her he was all in. They are magnetic and cannot stay away.

There is a pretty big twist in this book, you get clues leading up to it and it seems like only one person knows. They tell others and then at the end, it's exposed. I am so excited about this twist! I can't wait to see where this story goes!
