This is a cute story. Little Donkey loves grass so much he turned green. His mom encouraged him to try new foods. I agree with Little Donkey that broccoli tastes too green. He finally found a new favorite food! Guess what color he turned next. The illustrations are so adorable. I just want to gobble up Little Donkey. My granddaughter is now learning to say donkey. Nanu is as close as we’ve come so far. I’ll just have to keep reading about Little Donkey to her.
