I received this book through netgalley. I would like to thank the publisher for the copy of this ebook. This is the 4th book in the series.
This book flowed really well and made it so easy to read. I just flew through this book. Maybe it was all the twists and turns. This book had so much going on that it was very entertaining. These characters have grown so much. Sara and Chris's relationship has come so far and it's great to see the details of how it has happened. Mark isn't really a huge part of the book but is. It's kind of hard to explain. Maybe that he doesn't have a lot of dialogue but he has a big presence in the plot.
I really enjoy the fact that this book has a lot of suspense. It's not just a focused on the intimate relationship of the couple. I think that looking for Rebecca, really added to this series. It's not your typical, they meet, have sex and fall in love. There's more characters and a bigger focus on everyone around them. I'm not sure how I feel about all these women being tied up with the dominant men. Anyways, Chris and Sara have been through a lot and I feel their happily ever after is right around the corner. I just have to say.. I would not be surprised if Rebecca is ALIVE!
Until the next book...

Holy mother of all Cliffhangers......
I love how the story of Chris and Sara have evolved. I love seeing how they are there to truly help each other. They are there for each other they way they are suppose to be. Chris knows just how to hand and help Sara even when she herself doesn't know what to do. The love that is between them is everlasting. Sara is constantly being tested in this book then in all the others.
Lisa is a MASTER at telling one fabulous love story of trust, love, understanding and a willingness to step out of your self to help the one you love! I absolutely can not wait to read more. I love how the story takes twist after turn. I feel like I am living the in the moment. I love the way she makes you "love to hate" certain characters. I have and will continue to recommend this book and series to everyone I know!!!

***********Spoilers Ahead****************
Yeah this is one that I can't even be bothered to keep the spoilers out. So. If you still want to trudge through this series I wish you luck. But if you started this series, couldn't finnish it and just want to know what happened (or at least my version) then read on.
So ends the saga of the special "damaged" snowflakes.
Well at least for me. 2 more books?! I think not. I have to admit. I have had a love/hate relationship with this series (yes I am still going to give her 2.5 stars becuas damn girl is tenatious. You have to give her credit for keeping me reading this long) but......I just can't anymore. I still dont know what happened to Rebecca or Ella

Ok....I'm good.
Here you go.
It was long.
It was drawn out.
Yes, he loves you.
Yes, you love him.
Yes, you are a perv Sarah. It's ok. So is he.

It didn't even answer any questions......
Thats right folks you didn't miss the big reveal because the series continues on. Two more books Bitches. (That is what I feel like the author is saying)
So Sarah and Chris return from Paris to deal with the trial of Ava who may or may not have killed Rebecca.
Everyone is pointing fingers everywhere and there is speculation GALORE.
We continue with the back and forth between Sarah and Chris. Do you really love me? Do you trust me? Can I tie you up and spank you? No, I mean Yes?
Could we please move forward....please?
In the words of Chris:
"You're creating a problem that doesn't exist,(...)"
I must say that even the steam has fizzled out. I thought you were going to push Sara to her limits Chris? What the hell? I give up.
I liked Mark previously but his character begain to degrade in this installment ofDays of Our Lives Inside Out. He propositions Sarah and pouts. A Lot. Yes his mother is sick. Yes he may or may not have loved Rebecca. And yes, Rebecca may or may not be dead (thats right no body no murder). Where is my Strong Aloof Alpha Male?
No, I wouldn't choose him for the main love intrest but I loved the extra spice he threw into the story (That deep commanding voice *yum*)
A redeaming character introduced was David. The smart ass lawyer that Chris hired to keep them out of trouble. I love when he calls her 'Sugar' and she gets all bent out of shape. Um, sweetie dumpling, Chris calls you 'baby' all day long. I would personally find that much more irritating than the one time David called you 'sugar'. I loved David, he pushes peoples buttons. He is fantastic.
Oh yeah and there is Ralph:
"You keep your chin up. You're a butterfly, Sara. Spread those wings and let them see your bitch colors if you have to."
Looking adoreable in his bow tie. *just want to pinch his cheeks*
Where the actual f*uck is Ella?!
So, even with two more books staring me in the face, a body to find ( I am pretty sure who the killer was, but who was helping her? Dun Dun Dun *whatever*) and poor Mark hanging in the balance. Not to mention a great big sappy wedding!
I must bid this series adieu

Spoiler
This is a super spolier but apparently Ricco is going to mess with Mark because he loved Rebecca. He also has Ava and he is going to kill her, I am sure Chris and Sara will have to save the poor thing. But wait. Didn't she kill Rebecca? I have to say I will be rooting for Ricco on this front.A redeaming character introduced was David. The smart ass lawyer that Chris hired to keep them out of trouble. I read and reviewed the first book through NetGalley and could not get enough of Chris and Sara. I bought myself the next two books of the series, and then I saw NetGalley was offering up the fourth book for review. Score!
The story continues on right where it left off, but with a little more background story and a little less 'erotica' scenes. Which is perfectly fine by me. I want to know who really killed Rebecca and where is Ella! The book was so good that I downloaded it and read it in one day. Now I'm stuck waiting till the next one is released.
If erotica books are your type of thing, I highly recommend the Inside Out series.

I'm not sure what the author wants anymore, a crime triller or soft porn manual but this stupid story holds me in its grip and I gotta finish this series.

** review for BareNakedWords **
"a city as shrouded in secrets as Chris and I once were. But now our blank canvas is inked with colours, not fears, and love has blossomed where there was once only passion."
Lisa, Lisa, Lisa. You have done it again. You have sucked me in and left me utterly speechless with 'No In Between'. I just don't know what to say.
We pick up right where 'My Hunger' left us. Chris and Sara have returned from Paris to face the turmoil that is surrounding their lives. Although they have both become a lot stronger, what they are about to face will certainly test them.
But, together with their 'No in between' attitude to their relationship and planning for the future, I have high hopes that they can and will survive.
"It's real."
"What?" he asks.
"That's what you were asking with that first song, wasn't it? Is this real enough to survive anything, no matter how bad?
The answer is yes---its real. And I'll tell you what you told me in Paris. If you run, Chris, run fast, because I'll come after you.
That's just the kind of bitch I am."
Mark's presence in the book is as ever, intimidating. But you could also see he was not the 'master' he usually is. I felt for him, I really did. Between his mother's health, and the continuous revelations of what happened to Rebecca coming about, he is on a downward spiral to completely destroying himself. And I really hope he doesn't. He deserves happiness, even if he doesn't believe it himself.
I can't go into too much detail without giving anything away, and we don't want that. But, what I will say is, this book by far exceeded my expectations and delivered so much more.
And...
OMG!!! that ending. I mean, there's a cliff-hanger and then there's that ending. I cannot believe you've left us hanging after that. OMG!!!
If you are a fan of this series, then you are going to love this latest instalment...Yes, even the cliff hanger. And, If you have not yet had the pleasure of reading them, hell you really do want to.
Don't miss out!!
Summary of series so far.
I can't even begin to compute the feelings Ms. Jones has invoked in my after reading these books.
My heart is reeling...
My head, swimming...
And I have been rendered speechless (which is very rare).
The mystery, the characters, the writing, all dominated my life while reading and I willingly submitted myself to it all.
These books, are by far my top reads of the year.

My only problem with these books are the many twisting/interconnecting plot lines. It makes it hard to follow sometimes.

Chris Merritt and and Sara McMillan have worked through all of their personal demons in Paris, and returned to San Francisco, determined to put their pasts behind them and begin their life together. Before they can move forward, though, they are faced with wading through the chaos that awaits them at home. Just when it seems that the mystery behind the disappearance and death of Rebecca Mason has been solved, new questions emerge that leave everything up in the air, and leave them wondering who, exactly, can be trusted.
Lisa Renee Jones had written another fabulous installment in the 'Inside Out' series, creating plot twists that leave you wondering where the heck the story is heading. When I started reading this book, I was sure that the whole mystery of what, and at whose hands, had happened to Rebecca. But, in just a few short pages, Lisa Renee managed to throw all that I thought I knew right out of the window. New evidence, less-than-honest disclosures by key players, and a case that threatens to leave everyone involved as collateral damage make for a read that I was unable to put down. Added to the main story, we're also left asking what ever happened to Sara's friend Ella. Did she meet the same fate as Rebecca, or is her story really the fairytale that she painted to Sara?
Lisa Renee Jones is the mistress of erotic intrigue, and writes one heck of a cliff-hanger, but the story is just so compelling that I can't help but eagerly await 'I Belong To You,' the next book in the series. Five stars for this hot, sexy, and action packed read.

I felt like the series started to lag a bit in this installment. A lot of this book seemed like filler and left me unsatisfied with its direction. I think this is mostly due to the way I felt about Sara. She was incredibly hard to tolerate. Still... Extremely hard. I continued this series for Chris mostly, Mark, and the security men like Jacob and Blake to be honest. Sara just served to try to drive me insane!
The investigation kept things interesting. Chris was just as sexy as ever. And Mark with his pain made him an empathetic character.
I would have liked this more if it weren't told from Sara's POV.
Enjoy! xo
