This is a really quick read which is what I wanted, but it was just soooooo repetitive that it made it hard to get through. I loved the perfect that Charlie and Damien worked on and they obviously have love for each other. I just couldn’t get over how slow it was and I wanted more character development.

Shon is so good at writing such loving and caring MC’s. I decided to read one of the full length novels after binging the Kings town series, unfortunately I found that this really dragged on. The reason for the 2 year separation was down to stupid miscommunication that really irritated me . When they meet again, we went chapter after chapter without addressing the elephant in the room. Overall it was ok, I liked Damian and his rich culture and family, Charlotte I found draining tbh

Cute and quick read. A second chance romance with minimal spice.

Sweet book. But entirely too long and too much tension. A little tension is good but 21 chapters of it

A love story
I needed a light read and this book provided me with a sweet, light hea read.
Both M.Cs work on themselves and you see the maturity as the story continues.
