I enjoyed this book a lot. The culture shock Zoe experiences from switching to the tech industry from the fashion industry was fun to experience along with her. However, I’m an engineer, so the culture and people Zoe meets and how she views the world felt a tad naive. I can’t tell if me being familiar with the industry and working along side men as an engineer made me like the book more or less. It was fun but it felt a bit off to how the real tech industry works. It was still a good book and a great coming of age story showing Zoe’s growth. 
And fun fact: I got a Patagonia zip up on my first day at my engineering firm.
