Interesting book, very short. Intriguing to get a focus on men and parenthood/ fertility. It doesn’t try to pose it in a different way though. It honestly just present the everyday man

All of Oyamada's books pack so much into concise narratives. She has such a distinct style weaving together uncertainty, the banal and subtle flourishes of surrealism. I wanted this to be 3x longer.
