Drama: 4/5 - Great series - lots of drama - LOVE IT!!
Thoughts: I wasn't so sold on this couple making it mainly because I felt that Khloe was a bit young and maybe not as mature to be with Kid, but man did it work out perfectly..and that injury and then him remembering and the fallout of his memories just completely broke my heart that I cried with them both. Great story and the journey was so intense but well worth it. Re-read - still really enjoyed this series. Will continue onto next book.

Khloe meet Kid when she thought that her life was over. Hell Kid wasn't looking for anyone that would turn his life upside down. Then he helps Khloe and that's what happens.
I would like to say that this couples story is one where they are able to reach their HEA with hardly any hurdles. But, then I would be lying. Things happen that tear them apart even before they are even really able to be together. Things that made me want to beat the shit out of Kid along with a few others, that I didn't do anything to stop the train wreck from happening. Even when he realizes what he did there was a chance that his fuck-up was too big.
Khloe was a very strong female character that I found myself wanting to see get the ending of a fairy tale. And she definitely deserved it after what James put her thru. Out of the three books so far in this series, this one has been my favorite. And again I cannot wait to get my hands on the next book.

This was a quick, sweet story – I always knew Kid was a softie! His storyline was really refreshing.
That said, no story is perfect. Khloe created a pretty unnecessary conflict that didn’t seem to add much... Is conflict always necessary?
Overall though, I enjoyed this book more than the last one. The narration was also really well done!

After reading the first installment of the Ceberus MC series I was so excited to see the second come up for review, I have to say I am so so glad that I signed up! The book was amazing, another fixing each other situation but different from the first in the sense of rather than coming from the heroine being saved from an abuser, our heroine was being saved from herself. Kid was an amazing story filled with moments that made me think about my own life and made me feel as if I was apart of the story itself. With an interesting twist to the MC life Ceberus is 100% in the black and rather than being outlaws are able to not only help each other but their woman as well in having a better life. I am head over heels in love with this series!
