If you like romantic suspense books with lots of action and of course romance then this is for you. This is the start of a new series and I can’t wait for the next instalment. Thank you Net Galley for the ARC of Reborn by Meredith Wild in return for my honest review.

Reborn is the first three books in the Red Ledger series. This series is just mind blowing and I am loving every moment of it! Here is my recount of each book!
Part 1:
OH MY STARS! Okay, I love Meredith Wild’s books and then she gives us this. It is heartstopping, raw and unique. This first part of this series just scratches the surface of how this story is going to play out. A man sent to kill. A woman who is the key to his past. Their connection obvious but he wants to know why. So what is Tristan to do? There is so many heart pounding moments as Tristan and Isabel fight to live but also figure out what is going on. The ties that Isabel has to why Tristan is drawn to him. You get little snippets here and there but I am so curious as to the whys and whats of this story.
Words cannot express how much I adored and devoured this story. I refused to put it down till I was done and it left me begging for more. Wild has a way with words that has you completely immersed into the world she creates. The suspense and intrigue of this story is insane. There is chemistry there that both are fighting. This one is keeping me on my toes and I am dying to know what is going to happen next!!!
Part 2:
So, the first thing I will say is that yes, you have to read these in order as they pick up right after the previous. This time we are thrusted into the ride that takes them to D.C. There are so many things thrown at Tristan and Isabel that your mind is spinning. Not just with what is happening but trying to think in your mind what is actually going on in the long run and why. I found myself glued to my tablet devouring part two. The passion that these two still have regardless of Tristan missing a part of his past is off the charts. But I love how protective they are of each other throughout. You get little bits here and there that make things click just a little but still leaves you with your jaw on the floor wondering what in the what just happened???
There is something to be said about how an author can meld passion, intrigue and suspense all in one. The way that Wild is able to weave it is seamless. It is action packed and keeps you on your toes every second and every word. I am dying to know what will come next!
Part 3:
Where do I start! This story is ramping up to be so much more than I expected. Those twists and turns that get thrown at Tristan and Isabel. Things are coming to a head in this one as secrets are exposed that explain why and how the hit was called on Isabel. I love how feisty she is getting as well! She isn’t backing down from freeing herself from this twisted world she got thrusted in thanks to family and connections that they have. Tristan just wants Isabel safe but he cannot fight her when it comes to getting answers her way. I love how he is protective of her but also how he supports her in her choices. Bring on more!!!

This was my first Meredith Wild book that wasn't co-written and I am very pleased!! This story starts off with Isabel working as an English teacher in Rio where she is trying to move froward with her life and not think about the man who broke her and left her with a gaping hole in her heart. But what happens when said man shows up at her front door step, claims he doesn't remember her and is there to kill her?
This book is fast pace, full of tension and secrets, and one that will leave you wanting to binge the rest of the series in one day. Even though Tristian can be rough around the edges and don't have many social skills, this man is so perfect! He's loving when he claims he doesn't have a heart, he's attentive even when he doesn't want to be, and he can lay down some pipe even though he says it doesn't mean anything! I can't wait to read book two!

Part 1: 5 stars
Of note, this is my first Meredith Wild read.
Move over Jason Bourne and be prepared for a fast one. For a quick read, I think I wasn't prepared for the fast scene jumps which was probably to prevent the lag in this serial. So I'm assuming this series isn't going to focus on every minute detail. Which is perfectly fine. Its just been awhile since I've read one.
I'm really curious to see how Tristan and Isabel will play this out throughout this serial and how it will all end. I wonder if we'll see Kolt again? What a cliffhanger...which I'm assuming every part will have one!
Part 2: 5 stars
Tristan is piecing fragments of his past. He can't deny he has feelings for Isabel. Isabel finds there are other things that were hidden from her about her family's past. I hope we will get more info on this, because from what I read, it was a bit vague for me. There's also plenty of action to go along in this installment. Some things were predicable, because not everything has a happy ending.
Part 3: 4 stars
This one just felt a bit different then the other 2 parts, I think it had to do with the flow. Everything was happening in the last 2-3 chapters action wise. With the way how this part ended, even though we found out who ordered the hit on Isabel, I'd say things are far from over. Hopefully Kolt will be back in the picture, bc something doesn't add up with him fully and with Isabel's mother Lucia. I'm still confused on what Isabel's grandfather Gabriel did for Chalys Parmaceuticals. I need a more depth explanation and hopefully we'll get that in the upcoming parts. With 3 more parts to this serial, I wonder how more more of a web we'll see? Hopefully more on Tristan's past as well.
I will say, if I was reading this as a newbie, after reading all 3 at once, I prefer the Vol. versions. I don't think I could wait for separate installments. I look forward to Recall Vol 2!

Meredith Wild never ceases to amaze me. Her talent is absolutely beyond words.
Reborn is a complete and total work of art. It is so unlike everything Wild has written in the past. The Red Ledger Series captivates you and draws you into the action, making you feel as if you are experiencing the same moments that Isabel and Tristan are experiencing.
I cannot wait to continue reading as I am so emotionally invested in this series. I recommend this series to anyone looking to add a little drama, and darkness, into their reading time.

Thank you so much to Page and Vine and LuvBooks for sending me the Red Ledger series!
This is my first time reading one of Meredith Wild’s books and I really enjoyed it! I love how fast paced it is and how it’s broken up into 3 parts, each taking place in a different city! Each chapter ends on its own miniature cliffhanger and it makes the book so hard to put down! I’m so intrigued to learn more about Tristan and his past! I love how Isabel is learning to be strong and take charge!
I can’t wait to see where the series goes!
I receive a gifted copy of the book in exchange for a honest review of the book
