Az elfeledett könyvek temetőjének kötetei és a Marina után olvasva ezt a korai zsengét természetesnek tűnik, hogy nem olyan átütő az élmény. Azt nézve viszont, hogy a szerző első regénye, amit ráadásul elsősorban fiataloknak szánt egészen kellemes olvasmány. Nem túl terjedelmes mű, az író azonban már itt megvillantja azokat a stílusjegyeket amiért a fent említett felnőtt regényei annyira szerethetőek. Ha a további két kötet is megjelenik magyarul biztosan bizalmat szavazok nekik, de igazán azt várom mivel áll elő Zafón mester miután lezárta a Sempere család történetét.

La verdad es que es una obra muy buena siendo de lo primero que escribió. Se nota el estilo juvenil y recuerdo que me gustó mucho de adolescente, cuando no me molaba nada leer, así que cumple el objetivo.

This story was ok but did not captivate me as much as other books I’ve read by Zafón. The interview with the author at the end was a nice bonus!

Buchclub Buch..
Ich würde es tatsächlich nicht empfehlen oder nochmal lesen. Es ist ein Jugendbuch durch und durch und man merkt auch, dass es mit eins der ersten Bücher des Autors war. Es war nicht alles schlüssig, viel zu viele leeren Klischees und zu kurz. Das Autor hat es sehr geschafft, dass man sich in die Szenen reinversetzten kann, aber das hat leider nicht gereicht.
