I felt like it wasn’t quite fair for me to rate a book that has content that isn’t personally for me! I really respect Judith (she wrote this in 10 days!). She’s a wonderful writer and so crazy imaginative! I thought throughout who the hell thinks of this stuff! It’s Judith, Judith does. I went into Magick totally blind & probably shouldn’t have. That’s on me. This read more like an erotic horror (although take that as you will, I am not well versed in that genre) & the content was way too much for me personally. Check all TW! I knew this was dubbed “extreme horror” but this is splatterpunk FOR REAL. I like the genre so I kept reading. Whewwwwwww. Vile. Extremely gory. Quick read. Lots of typos and it was hard to ignore the misuse of your/you’re.

Mostly bought it just for the cover, i just love the art so much and wanted to display it proudly on my shelf! Luckily the actually book itself isn't half bad! I kinda wish it was longer and more of a slow burn but seeing as it was written in like 10 days i can understand why it wasn't lmao
