Eleanor has decided she does not want to write any reviews for a while but she says her favorite part of the story is knowing when everyone was safe from the fire.

We've listened to several of these on CD; this is the first I have read aloud to my daughter, and I was impressed by the illustrations. I think we will be reading many more...

I read this because Julian in first grade made me. But I'm glad I read it, because besides being Julian's VERY VERY VERY favorite MTH, it was a "Merlin Mission." These are new to me, and they're MTH with magic involved, like the dragon in this story. (I guess I mean more magic than usual, since it is a magic tree house!) There are 13 Merlin Missions in the MTH series.
