yes yes yes. i’m obsessed i love this world.
i lowkey thought the plot twist would be abt mira being on the revolution but BRENNAN it caught me so off guard. i love a good plot twist.

I’m sorry but I didn’t not love it as much as everyone else. I had to force myself to keep reading it. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t like I couldn’t put it down.

OH MY GOSH! I can’t believe I allowed myself to put this off for so long. SO GOOD! The action! The characters! The spice! So so so so good!!! Plot twists?! Plenty! The ending?! Had me screaming!

2024 reread: still love this book. Caught so many details I missed the first time.

2023: This book is one of the most engaging books I’ve read in a long time. It’s such a great mix of adventure, fantasy, and romance. Sometimes with fantasy, the world building can take a long time, and I feel like I have to push through to get to the good stuff. Fourth Wing, however, drew me in from the get-go (also had the right amount of spice ). Highly recommend and so excited the next book is out in November.
