3.5⭐️s: With all the detail and information surrounding the Leikmot and what needed to be accomplished in the final book, the story was slower paced and a little drawn out. The actual conclusion of the story was swift and brief, like 15 pages brief, but it wrapped up the saga well. Maz is goals for sure.

This could have been a duology instead of 4 books. The series as a whole left a lot to be desired. I felt the ending was rushed and there was so much more that could have been added to make the adventure complete. There were things that were brought up in the series that felt like they were meant to be more that were never mentioned again. The mmc seemed more frustrated with the fmc the entire time instead of the “pining” that was described in his pov. His arrogance and his emotional walls made me wonder how she felt anything for him. Might have been Stockholm Syndrome I did enjoy the mixture of povs.

This series was amazing! Took be roughly 4 days to read all 4 books and they were incredible reads that’s for sure. I loved the lore and the characters and just how immersive the books are. It was not at all the outcome I was expecting, I figure the fire fae would make an appearance so that was a little disappointing but it was still very amazing and one of the best series I e ever read.
