Great book, it would be greater if it left out a significant percentage of, historical, context, for example the name of the nanny of Churchill.

If you're interested in negotiation advise find yourself a summary of the book.

I read this book for my negotiation and diplomacy course, and I really liked the nuance it brought to my understanding of negotiation theory.
