Another very engaging story from Lori Lansens. A very disturbed young man deals with being stranded along with three women on a mountain for five days. It is also about the strength each individual must have to overcome various life threatening challenges ; relationships develop and numerous sub-stories are told. From the beginning to end I was on a tense, dangerous and thrilling adventure on a beautiful mountain.

Lori Lansens has done it again! I've immensely enjoyed all of her books. Having been to Palm Spring for a month, though not up the tram to the mountain, I was anticipating this read and it pulled me along trying guess what the end would be, but also enjoying the mountain beauty & terrors, and the developing main characters whom I grew to care deeply about!

I knew nothing of this this book, other than my book club had chosen it for this months read, and it was about some guy stuck on a mountain. I was pleasantly surprised at how gripping it was, and the characters and their flaws were both entertaining and exasperating. This was good enough that I would read other books by the author.

Easily one of the worst books I’ve read. It started with inaccuracy’s behind what Indiana college was in Bloomington and went down hill from there. All the necessary survival skills that are needed are only
Mentioned in the moment they are needed.

Honestly, this book moved me to laughter, tears, wonder, fear & delight. An emotional tale that was a true joy to read.

My first five star book of 2017. A great read. Loved the story and the characters.

The story was strong, but at times I felt the writing and dialog could have been better developed. There was a little too much "it all happened so fast". Still, the plot will stay with me.

Couldn't put it down. This was the perfect vacation read – enlightening, adventurous, and unlike any book i'd read before.
