The book comprises short stories written by lessling. I read some of first stories, but, I must say, the fact that the the stories do not really have an actual ending, I put a stop and did skip right away to the main short story, To Room Nineteen itself.
And there it blew my mind! The failure of managing happiness experienced by a mature-married women just left me speechless. So dark and deep.

This book encompasses multitude topics which makes it rich. Above all, however, I am in love with Levin. He really is great character and the most beautiful part of the book.

What a redemption! Dickens' sublime stories through some characters like Joe, Wemmick, Provis who are so assiduous make me want to hug this piece of art. A total enjoyable ride watching the three Phase of Pip's journey.

I fell in love with the Brontë sisters. After I finished Wuthering Heights from Emily Brontë which was intricately marvelous, Jane Eyre, with some spins and touch of Gothic theme, set a good degree of what passions are about. The Victorian background did not dispel some discourses about equality and women movement as well as rebelling against religious values. There were several sets in the book which keep adding more characters, yet I still enjoy the depth of the characters. I simply appreciate the emotion played in the story from when Jane was a mere child and cruelly treated by her aunts and cousins, to the romance world she went through. Moreover, this book reflects the nature of a human being, where mistakes could be done, so pure and not over-exaggerated. I also find the book fascinating for infusing some symbols like class and identity.
